Integrations
Integrations connect Anonfeedback to the tools your team already uses. They are configured globally for your organization from Settings → Integrations, and some can be further customized per room.
Integrations require an active plan that includes the feature. See Settings → Billing for plan details.

Integration health
All configured integrations are shown on the Settings → Integrations page with a status badge.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OK | Integration is healthy |
| Pending | Connected but not yet processed any feedback |
| Degraded | A recent action failed; last error is shown on the card |
| Auth failed | Credentials expired or revoked; reconnection required |
| Disabled | Integration is paused manually |
If an integration enters Degraded or Auth failed state, the last error message is shown on the integration card. For Auth failed on Jira, click Reconnect to restart the OAuth flow. For Degraded, the integration retries on the next matching event — check the error for the root cause (e.g. invalid project key, permission issue).
You can test any integration at any time using the Test button, which sends a sample payload to verify connectivity without needing real feedback. Use Enable / Disable to pause an integration without deleting its configuration.
