Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams integration is in development. It will send feedback notifications to a Teams channel using incoming webhooks, similar to the Slack integration.

Planned capabilities:

  • Serious concern and critical feedback alerts posted to a Teams channel
  • All-feedback notifications for real-time monitoring
  • Adaptive card formatting for rich notification layouts
