Create
The Create view (/staff/create) is where you build and manage your feedback content. It has four sections accessible from the left sidebar.
AI Assistant
The fastest way to create rooms and forms. Describe what you need in plain English and the assistant generates fully configured content in seconds.
- Type a description and press Enter or click Send
- The assistant picks the right tool automatically — room or form — based on what you describe
- If you mention a folder that doesn't exist, it asks you to confirm before creating it
- After creation, a direct link takes you to edit the result
Rooms
Lists all feedback rooms in your organization, grouped by folder. From here you can:

| Toggle active / inactive | Click the play/pause icon on the room card |
| Toggle private | Click the privacy icon on the room card |
| Reorder rooms | Drag and drop room cards |
| Move to a folder | Right-click a room → Move to folder |
| Delete a room | Right-click a room → Delete |
Room settings panel
Clicking a room opens a settings panel on the right with tabs for:
- Responses — link to the room's Insights view
- Link — the public URL and QR code
- QR Code — downloadable QR code for the room link
- Get emails — subscribe to email notifications for new responses
- Jira — connect the room to a Jira project (Team Pro / Enterprise)
Inside the panel you can also configure the full room customization — header, footer, emoji titles, placeholders, and tags.
Forms
Lists all forms in your organization, grouped by folder. From here you can:

| Copy the public link | Click Copy Link on the form card |

| Delete a form | Right-click → Delete |
Apps
Manage embeddable widget apps. Each app is a <script> tag you paste into any webpage to show a floating feedback button.
